Violence and Women
I don't really understand why women who are victims to domestic abuse continue to go back to the who caused them physical emotional and mental pain. Sometimes i think that they are afraid that if they leave their partner will get even more violent. On the other hand some think that if they stopped making the partner mad then he would stop beating them or if they listen to everything he say and sometimes they may think that they can change their partner if only it was that simple. The whole Chris Brown and Rihanna situation i think is getting a little bit too much attention. I'm not saying that it shouldn't have gotten any media coverage but maybe it just received to much. They act as if they never seen nor heard about domestic abuse within the entertainment field. I'm confused bout the whole situation. Abuse happens throughout America everyday and sometimes the victim is beaten worst and in some case they end up dead. I don't think no women deserve to put up with a abuse. There are ways were you can escape from it. Any man that hits a women for no blunt reason is a coward point blank.

Cultural Inclusion or Clash: Chewing Coca Leaves
I don't blame the UN for necessarily trying to ban the chewing of cocoa leaves, i believe they're just looking out for the best interest of the civilians. I will say that it seems a little over the top and drastic. From what the article state the chewing of cocoa leaves actually helps the civilians get through the day because it's somewhat a source of energy. I don't think that they should ban it because the people are so accustomed to chewing the plant. It's been a traditional practices for years. What i fail to understand is why exactly they want to ban it, i mean technically it's not a narcotic. I think it would've made better sense or had a better purpose if they banned the chewing of tobacco or smoking of cigarettes because they are potentially a great threat to one's self. It would be pointless, if the ban is passed it would probably cause an increase in the chewing of cocoa leaves. It would just be another example of the Prohibition Act where they banned the consumption and selling of alcohol and the results were worst then before. When a person if told not to do something it just provokes that person to go against what they're told. I don't think that the government should make the decisions of what traditions can be carried on and which can not. The people should have to be willing to go through with the changes.

Police Bruatlity
Is it me or are people just starting to notice all the police beating that are happening. At first some people were very skeptical on the whole issue. Some people had a high doubt on the fact that the police were deliberately assualting and harrasing suspect and sometimes innocent people and they just so happen to be black hmmm. Honestly im speaking the truth, if you type police beatings on youtube or look it up on the internet watch how many results have black victims. You would think that after the Rodney King beating that brutality would have decreased but recently they have increased. I dont know im just saying its seems like black people are targets to the police.

Wasn't TV so much better in the 90's
Don't you miss the 90's. Did you ever just stop and think about how good times were back then. Although we were just kids things were still so different but better then now. It just seemed like so much fun. TV was way better than it is now. The only type of shows that are produced now-a-days are reality shows which aren't really true. Dating shows are really fake and set up. I seems like when someone goes on one they ended with their own dating show then someone from their show ends up with one. Hollywood is so fake.

Should the News become a Free Public Service?
I don't see why not. Why pay for the news when you will eventually hear it from someone or read it. The news should be free because there are many ways that people can read tell and hear the news for free. Blogging and other Internet services are other ways in which people can receive the news and they are challenging press. Newspaper companies make enough money of the ads that they display in there papers so at the end of the day they are going to be making money regardless.
